So, I joined My Fitness Pal and I am hoping very much that it helps me! So far it's been three days and I'm doing pretty well. I haven't gone over that I know of! I have 1200 calories a day. Even with that, I still get to eat 2 cups of spaghetti with meat sauce for lunch! Yum!
Since it is so cold outside, I am using my Xbox Kinect for working out. I have Just Dance 4 and Kinect Adventures and they are both really fun. I can play them almost endlessly. And when I finish and log it, wham! I have more calories that I can eat!
I am feeling better, I have more energy. It's really great. I cut out alcohol and sodas. I drink tea a lot. Also just tried some Crystal Light. Not too bad!
I'm excited!
