I bought some tea. I've always hated tea. But I can choke down some of it. Chamomile is really mild and not too bad. Plus it's caffeine free so it helps me get to sleep at night.
I've been doing quite a bit around the house, which has led to me not working out as much. But super cleaning burns cals so it's just as well.
I've been eating these little wraps nonstop. They are delicious. I put 2tbsp of cream cheese on a tortilla with a couple of slices of cucumbers and a slice of deli turkey. Tastes great and is only 219 cals!
I've also been eating REALLY slowly. That way I don't gobble it down really fast then still feel hungry so scrounge for more foods.
So far so good!
I'm starting Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred tomorrow [30DS]. We'll see how that does.
Also probably going to be starting Liquid Amino Diet [LAD] around the 20th. It's 1000 cals a day, and I'm currently doing 1200, so it shouldn't be too hard to make the adjustment.
I picked out a Halloween costume and a few cute skirts for me to work toward. I think it's good incentive.
