I took my birthday off because it was my birthday. lol. I figured one day off wouldn't hurt much. I mean, most weight sites tell you to give your body a break to recover. But then the day after my birthday, I got sick. Not sure if it was a hangover (I broke my 2.5 weeks sober that night) or if I was sick. I'm leaning toward the sick though, because I ended up throwing up several times that day.
But today, I got back on track with 30DS. I could definitely feel those two days off though. I felt like I was starting over completely! It was crazy. You wouldn't think two days would do much, but it definitely does! So I decided it's better for me, personally, not to miss a day. I mean, it's 20 minutes. Who can't do that every day?!
On to Day 5/Day 2 tomorrow!
One thing that frustrates me about My Fitness Pal is that when you enter your starting weight, no matter what happens with your weight, it will always say your starting weight is that number you put in. I didn't have a scale, and I guessed my starting weight. I was off by 8 pounds. So now, when I lose those eight pounds, it doesn't show many of my progress. It still says 0 lbs lost. I hate that. :(
